The landscape of ediscovery is once again shifting in the wake of the enactment of the revised FRCP and the ever changing nature of social media. No longer is the discovery of mere emails sufficient. Texts, tweets, posts, pics, and messages now play a preeminent role in discovery. Drawing on perspectives from the judiciary, academy, and the bar, this panel discussion will address the challenges (both practical and technical) in conducting ediscovery.
