June 23, 2017 - FREE Labor and Employment Webinar: Summer Dress Code

About the Program:

Company dress codes are used to convey to employees what their organizations consider appropriate work attire. With company dress codes becoming more relaxed or “business casual,” the suit and tie are a thing of the past.  Unfortunately, the definition of “casual” is subjective, and it is common for some employees to underdress to the point that it’s unprofessional, particularly when the warmer weather sets in.

During this session, we will discuss the challenges faced by organizations when creating and managing dress code policies.  How do you set expectations regarding the image you want your company to convey and how do you handle violators.
