Instead of our regularly scheduled webinar, we are going to discuss the topic everyone is dealing with—the novel coronavirus COVID-19. COVID-19 has upended all aspects of employment law. New employment laws intended to provide relief to certain segments of the workforce are causing mass confusion. Employers are forced to deal with managing remote workforce without any planning. Mass layoffs, business closures, and unemployment concerns are causing everyone to ask the same question—“What do we do?”
