About The Program:
Nonprofits are encouraged to “think like a business” in pursuing their mission but, at the same time, they must be cognizant of the rules and requirements related to their tax-exempt status. This presentation will explore various commerciality legal principles and arm nonprofits so they may responsibly navigate the landscape in order to thrive.
