Sara P. Bryant
As an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and Construction Law group, Ms. Bryant represents clients in the areas of construction, tort and product liability defense, business litigation and landlord-tenant law. Ms. Bryant’s experience representing construction clients includes negotiation and litigation of construction disputes, preparation of claims, dispute resolution, contract negotiation and securing rights under mechanic’s lien statutes. She is also skilled in representing business clients in tort and liability defense, contract disputes and employment defense. Ms. Bryant regularly practices in Massachusetts Superior and District Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Ms. Bryant is an active member of the Massachusetts Building Congress and the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts. Prior to joining Murtha Cullina, Ms. Bryant was a law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court in Massachusetts and a Judicial Intern at the Supreme Court of the United States.
