Sara P. Bryant
As a member of the firm's Litigation Department, Ms. Bryant represents clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to regional businesses in the areas of construction, tort and product liability defense, business litigation and landlord-tenant law. In her construction practice, Ms. Bryant represents construction managers, subcontractors and owners in state and federal courts in the trial and resolution of construction disputes involving allegations of breach of contract, defective work, mechanic's liens and Chapter 93A violations. Ms. Bryant is also involved in drafting and negotiating contracts and contract claims as well as securing lien and bond rights.
Ms. Bryant has been selected as a Rising Star in the area of Construction Litigation from 2009-2011 by Massachusetts Lawyers & Rising Stars.
Ms. Bryant is an active member in New England Women in Real Estate, the Massachusetts Building Congress and the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts.
