On September 21, Litigation associate Deirdre Foley was honored at the 2023 New England Legal Awards Dinner as one of the New Leaders in the Law, which recognizes lawyers under 40 who have excelled in their practices.
Deirdre has experience handling all aspects of litigation, from onset to resolution. She strives to achieve efficient results on behalf of her clients.
In her practice, Deirdre handles construction, product liability, professional liability, insurance law and insurance coverage matters for clients. She is also well-versed on auto dealership matters. With extensive bench and jury trial experience, she advises clients on matters related to material defects, design flaws, contractor and subcontractor disputes, insurance coverage, recovery of funds and allegations of breach of contract and negligence.
Deirdre is not only a bold legal advocate for her clients, but also an engaged community service advocate who dedicates a substantial part of her free time to volunteer activities in Massachusetts. As the current president of the Board of Directors of the Lynn Youth Street Outreach Advocacy (LYSOA), Deirdre is responsible for overseeing the volunteer activities of this nonprofit, which empowers high-risk youth in the Lynn, MA community to reach a positive purpose in life and to combat juvenile delinquency.
Deirdre is the secretary of the Advisory Board of The Brave House, a member of the Holy Cross Club of Boston and a mentor in Big Sister of Boston.
