On July 25, Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights partner Jonathan Horne will be part of the faculty of a Financial Poise webinar co-produced by West LegalEdcenter on TROs and preliminary injunctions. The program is part of Financial Poise’s Newbie Litigator school.
Topics to be discussed during the webinar include the procedural and substantive requirements for obtaining TROs and preliminary injunctions, best practices for how to succeed on motions seeking TROs and preliminary injunctions, and how to challenge and defeat those motions.
