In early October, Real Estate partner and practice chair Nick Vitti attended the American Property Tax Counsel’s (APTC) Annual Seminar and Member Meeting in Chicago. The theme of this year’s seminar was, “Valuation on the Cutting Edge: Utilizing Data in an Evolving Market.”

APTC seminars provide an exclusive forum where invited guests can collaborate with nationally known presenters and experienced property tax attorneys to develop strategies to successfully reduce and manage property taxes. APTC is the only organization of law firms that provides major portfolio owners with one source for all their property tax reporting and tax reduction needs. Earlier this year, Murtha Cullina joined  APTC as the representative law firm for the state of Connecticut and Nick Vitti serves as one of the firm's representatives.

In his practice, Nick has represented commercial property owners in a variety of matters, including extensive experience in property tax advice and appeals. His clients range from nationally known retailers, communications, and self-storage companies to businesses, restaurants, private clubs and developers.
