On October 19, Patti Boye-Williams, a partner in the Environmental and Energy practices, will speak about "PFAS Contamination & Remediation Challenges" at the Connecticut Council of Small Towns (COST) Key Issues Conference.

Patti and her co-presenters, who include Ray Frigon, Director of the Remediation Division of the Bureau of Water Protection and Land Reuse, Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (DEEP) and Brent Henebry, an associate at Fuss & O'Neill, will illustrate the challenges municipalities face concerning PFAS contamination in water and soil. 

COST's Key Issues Conference helps members stay up-to-date on new laws, issues and challenges facing Connecticut's municipalities. COST is a member-driven organization that is dedicated to giving Connecticut's smaller communities a voice in the legislative process.
