Jennifer M. DelMonico, the Managing Partner of Murtha Cullina LLP, has been elected Vice Chair of the Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA) Board of Directors. (Mary Kay Fenton, EVP and CFO of Achillion Pharmaceuticals was elected Chair of the Board of Directors and Chris DePentima, President of Pegasus Manufacturing was also voted Vice Chair).    

CBIA is the leading voice for business in Connecticut, representing thousands of member companies, small and large, across a diverse range of industries. Ms. DelMonico joined the CBIA Board in December 2015 and was elected to its Executive Committee in September 2016.   She will serve as the Vice Chair of the Board for two years. 

Ms. DelMonico is the Chair of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce.  She is on the Board of the New Haven Symphony Orchestra, and the Executive Committee of the Federal Practice Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.  She is also a James W. Cooper Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation.

Prior to becoming the Managing Partner of Murtha Cullina in January 2015, Ms. DelMonico was Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department.  She earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her Bachelor of Music degree from Northwestern University.
