Murtha Cullina is pleased to welcome William A. Morgan as Counsel in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Department. 

Mr. Morgan advises clients on estate and gift tax planning and compliance, wealth transfer and business succession planning, charitable giving strategies, and tax controversy services before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities. In addition, he has extensive experience with sophisticated tax and estate issues surrounding high net worth clients.

Mr. Morgan is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys.

Mr. Morgan received his J.D. and his LL.M from Golden Gate University School of Law and his Bachelor’s degree from George Washington University.
