Kimberly R. Cahill is responsible for Murtha Cullina’s Conflicts & Risk Management programs. She oversees daily operations of the conflicts and matter intake and records management and retention functions. 

On a day-to-day basis Kim acts as trusted advisor to the firm’s lawyers concerning compliance and risk-related issues. Working closely with the firm’s general counsel, senior management, Loss Prevention Partners, and various firm committees, Kim connects operations, information, and technology in such a way as to minimize exposure to risk, while maximizing the value of the firm’s collective knowledge capital and improving efficiencies and controlling costs. Kim ensures all matter information is handled in a way that will mitigate adverse risks to the firm, its attorneys, and its valued clients, and drive the business forward. 

Kim has more than 20 years of combined experience in her field, including prior work at two AmLaw 100 firms. Her specialties are conflict analysis and the design and implementation of business process workflows and file structures. She has completed several such projects over the course of her career.
