Mark T. Heinzelman is a member of Murtha Cullina's Litigation practice. He represents businesses in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit claims and investigations through trials and appeals.

Mark has extensive experience representing clients, ranging from local independent businesses to international corporations, in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Mark frequently handles matters involving breach of contract, product liability, lease disputes, ADA compliance, Chapter 93A, insurance coverage, liability defense and contract drafting. In addition, he has deep experience in a wide range of toxic tort, civil RICO and patent litigation matters.

A significant portion of Mark’s practice involves working closely with clients in the hospitality industry, with a focus on restaurants, hotels, movie theaters and performance venues. His background also includes representing businesses across various industries, including contractors, product manufacturers, service providers, dealerships, retailers and insurers.
