Stephanie A. Hood

As the Chief Financial Officer, Stephanie A. Hood oversees all aspects of the firm's accounting and finance functions. In charge of managing the accounting team, her work provides effective and efficient financial services to the firm and its clients.

Stephanie’s responsibilities include financial analysis and strategy, financial reporting, billing and collections, pricing models, tax analysis, compensation, ROI analysis, implementing and managing effective processes and financial technology adoption.

Stephanie has more than 20 years of experience directing the finance, human resources, information technology, risk management, general administrative and business development services of several multi-million dollar legal and financial enterprises. In her prior roles as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, she directed the establishment of new entities, new policy and procedure implementations, software conversion projects, strategic and enterprise planning and developed reporting protocols to keep owners properly advised of key financial metrics and project states.
