Frank J. Saccomandi, III

Mr. Saccomandi represents clients in the area of real estate law. He is active in business acquisitions, asset-based financing, real estate financing, real estate development, conveyancing and leasing matters. He has extensive experience in negotiating workouts and in restructuring such transactions. Mr. Saccomandi is Co-Chairman of the Firm's Opinion Committee.

He joined the firm in 1984 after practicing for three years with a large law firm in Philadelphia.
