Frank J. Saccomandi, III

Mr. Saccomandi is a partner in the Business & Finance and Real Estate departments. He has extensive experience in representing national and local banks and other lending institutions, as well as borrowers, in structuring and closing commercial financings encompassing both asset-based and real estate based loan transactions, including mezzanine financing. Mr. Saccomandi also has extensive experience in commercial real estate development, including acquisition and sale, land use, construction, financing and leasing (both landlord and tenant). Mr. Saccomandi is Co-Chairman of the firm’s Opinion Committee.

He joined the firm in 1984 after practicing for three years with a large law firm in Philadelphia.
