Stephanie Hood recently joined Murtha Cullina as Chief Financial Officer based in the firm's Boston office. With over two decades of experience directing the finance, human resources, information technology, risk management, general administrative and business development services of several multi-million dollar legal and financial enterprises, Stephanie is well-equipped to oversee all aspects of the firm's accounting and finance functions.
"Stephanie, the first female CFO for the firm, is set to be a pivotal figure on our leadership team. She has over 25 years of law firm experience in key leadership roles, but particularly her finance experience will be instrumental in guiding the implementation of financial strategies, and enhancing productivity to benefit both the firm and our clients. We are very excited to have her join the firm," notes Chief Operating Officer, Michelle Doran.
Stephanie's responsibilities will include managing the accounting team, financial analysis and reporting, and the implementation and management of effective processes and financial technology adoption.
