Driving Directions

FROM 287 (CROSS WESTCHESTER EXPRESSWAY):

From the WEST, take Exit 6 and turn right at the light onto North Broadway (Rte. 22 South). Go through the eighth traffic light at HAMILTON AVENUE. Immediately after you cross Hamilton Avenue, you will see signs for 445 Hamilton Avenue and Keane & Beane, and then you make an immediate right turn up the ramp into a parking garage.  Proceed to parking level P6 and park near the bottom of the ramp which goes up to parking level P7.  At that corner of the garage is a pedestrian bridge which connects the garage to 445 Hamilton Avenue.  You may have to buzz in to gain access to the bridge, but usually the door is open during business hours. Report to the security guard in the vestibule and s/he will direct you to the elevators to the 15th floor.

From the EAST, take Exit 6 and turn left at the light. Turn left at the next light onto North Broadway. Go through the ninth traffic light at HAMILTON AVENUE. Immediately after you cross Hamilton Avenue, you will see signs for 445 Hamilton Avenue and Keane & Beane, and then you make an immediate right turn up the ramp into a parking garage.  Proceed to parking level P6 and park near the bottom of the ramp which goes up to parking level P7.  At that corner of the garage is a pedestrian bridge which connects the garage to 445 Hamilton Avenue.  You may have to buzz in to gain access to the bridge, but usually the door is open during business hours.

FROM LONG ISLAND:

Throgs Neck or Whitestone Bridge onto the New England Thruway I-95 North. Take Exit 21 onto I-287 West.  Follow directions From the East above.

FROM NEW YORK CITY:

Major Deegan Expressway I-87 North becomes the New York State Thruway. Take Exit 8 at Elmsford onto I-287 East.  Follow directions From the West above.

FROM NEW JERSEY:

Garden State Parkway North onto the New York State Thruway I-87 South toward the Tappan Zee Bridge. Cross the Tappan Zee Bridge and take Exit 8 onto I-287 East.  Follow directions From the West above.

OR

George Washington Bridge onto the Henry Hudson Parkway North which becomes the Saw Mill River Parkway. Take Exit 7 onto the New York State Thruway I-87 North. Exit immediately at Exit 8 onto I- 287 East.  Follow directions From the West above.

FROM CONNECTICUT:

New England Thruway I-95 South, Merritt Parkway South OR I-684 South onto I-287 West.  Follow directions From the East above.

FROM UPSTATE NEW YORK:

New York State Thruway I-87 South across the Tappan Zee Bridge. Take Exit 8 onto I-287 East.  Follow directions From the West above.
