Frank J. Saccomandi III is of counsel in the Corporate and Real Estate practices. He represents clients in the areas of real estate, commercial financing and general corporate and commercial representation.

He has extensive experience in virtually all areas associated with real estate development, including shopping centers and other retail facilities, multi-family housing complexes, office buildings, industrial and warehouse facilities, hospitals and medical facilities, assisted living and other senior housing facilities, and hotels, including acquisition and sale, permitting and zoning, and environmental law.

He represents landlords and tenants in the negotiation of leases for offices, retail and industrial sites. He has extensive experience in representing national and local banks and other lending institutions, as well as borrowers, in structuring and closing commercial financings encompassing both asset-based and real estate based loan transactions, including revolving credit and term loan facilities, letter of credit facilities, other credit enhancement facilities and mezzanine financing. Frank has experience representing developers and lenders in connection with development and financing of renewable energy projects and other energy efficiency measures.

Frank regularly works with Murtha Cullina’s Renewable Energy practice on all elements of renewable projects including development, operations, negotiation of power purchase agreements, leases and construction agreements.
