The Tax Practice & Procedure practice provides tax planning, compliance and procedure services to individuals, businesses and other professionals.

The Tax Practice & Procedure practice is composed of seasoned partners from a variety of practice areas who are transactional or litigation lawyers. As a result, they can support the specific or multiple perspectives an individual or business client may require. Our lawyers have significant technical experience and training, many holding post graduate degrees, such as Masters of Law Degrees in taxation and other professional designations including certified public accountants.  The attorneys are active public speakers and authors.
